i bought Kaya and Durian swiss roll.

Love their kaya swiss roll.

Very soft and lots of kaya

Even i put the swiss roll in the fridge for 3 days, it still taste the same.

However, the lady who served me wan't polite at all.

E and i overheard the way she spoke with customer thru phone, she was super attitude.

But this won't stop me from buying their swiss roll.

Last min decided to go Phuket, i booked my ticket before i apply my leave.

4days 3night trip for me to have a good relax and fun. since long i want to leave sg.

First day in Phuket is all about walking around the street, massage and food!

Last night in Phuket, of course is shopping time. There is nothing much for you to buy over there. Massage, island exploring and water sport is a must in Phuket. Massage is damn cheap around $9 sgd. Island exploring with lunch include will cost around $50sgd. They usually charge 'Ang moh' more expensive. I'm luckily to be an Asian for this point. hahaha

I manage to get up for my morning flight, regret taking morning flight. Damn sleepy, i slept from the hotel till i reach airport. I manage to get Jim Thompson make up pouch :)

i really miss Phuket. Hopefully next year i can go back again.

I miss the food and the time i spend over there.

Supper @ TCC as usual with TG, S & E. I think i visit TCC almost every weekend like twice a week. Most of the staffs there recognize us! I will have my usual drink (: The chicken wing taste awesome, i love their sauce. I don't get it why the three guys won't dip the sauce.

TG was too bored, he decided to burn the cup. In the end, the cup cracked. Joke of the day! He can't ask for refill of water too!

CUPCAKE MAKING

Ingredient needed

Paper cup

Recently i just bought the pink poke dots Souffle cup. Usually i will use the cup on the left side from Daiso. The paper is harder than the normal cup paper. So you don't need to buy the cupcake tin and you can bake more, save more time too.

Flour with salt and baking powder

Just mix it and settle aside (:

Butter and Sugar

Add Egg one at a time and vanilla extract

( sometime i have difficulties difference Vanilla Extract and Vanilla Essence. The different is just one contain alcohol, one is without.)

Extract contain Alcohol.

How it look like after sour cream and flour were added.

You can pipe it or scoop it.

I choose to pipe as less washing and messy (: Just pour the mixture into a clear plastic bag and cut a small hole.

After 20mins

Let it cool before packing!

The month of march is here. My holiday coming in a month time. Hopefully my gateway trip will be here soon. i want to buy shoes. I didn't manage to get a pair of wedge from Newlook, really very upset. I should buy it when it was still on the shelves. i really regret! WL had a hard time as I was moodless and felt suck. He tried his best to cheer me up, still.. nothing change. I think he regret shopping shoe with me. Everytime i cant get a pair of my shoe, i will be really grumpy and moodless. Sam got drunk, Franco got tispy, Peter and i were stunt! i also vomited twice and wanted to continue drinking but looking at the two cute drunker, forget it! Franco and sam cant go home so we plan to go to peter's house to stayover. Because i don't want their parents to scream at them with the strong smell and unclear mind!

Mooncake festival, i celebrated with a very different kind of people.

With Kris, Samuel, Nicholas, Wee Kian, Edmund and Winston. We ate dinner at Siglap Cafe cartel which most of us haven eat for very long.

Finally get the chance to get the taste back! Lots of changes to the menu and the environment too.. Very very different. We have dessert at Ice Cream, choose by Edmund.

This gathering make get to know what have we done in this year as i never meet some of them for like half a year. I'm happy to have friends like them who are always there for me when i need help.

Clubbing with Sam, Jingyi and Franco.. this time round we were early and got us a nice area to chill. They provide Vodka, Martell, Chivas and Tiger Beer plus soft drink and finger food! Awesome right? Yes! At first we are only able to take 3 cups as our hands cant handle so many cups.. The second time i went to take drink, i saw some trays so i went to take the biggest tray and the waitress came over and help us.. hahaha.. since she want to help, so i ordered 9 cups more! wakakaka! so proud of myself^^

On the 19th august before the last day of school, i went to J.B with my classmates.. i needed a hair cut badly and i want to buy some stuff. because is cheaper over there den S.G. thanks to their accompany, my trip to JB was funny, lots of laughter and we enjoy our ourselves. my Hair cut cost about $30 sg.. due to my hair length, i think is cheaper than sg? We have our dinner at Kim Gray! It is a mixture of Hong Kong, Korean, Japan and some tradition Chinese food. we didn't actually shop much but just to relax ourselves and chatting among each other.. i had a BBQ @ ecp on the 8th august with the whole Family of Goh. It was nice to see family member together.

I'm graduating soon.. 3weeks time. Need to find job now. Doing lots of planning for future and take mom to travel with me. she work so hard for us, she never get to enjoy after all. since i'm older now, should bring her out of singapore and let her shop like mad.

11 days in indonesia were awesome. i'm sooooo relax and the foods were nice, esp the chilli. i love it soooo much.

I went up to Tangkuban Perahu, it was very cold up at the mountain. i enjoy the weather in Bandung actually. there was winds and nice shiny sun. i also went to Ciater Hot Spring for some soaking! haha.. I have Home SPA -chocolate flavor for only $15 and CHI reflexology for full body massage for $1o (:
I also went for some photo shoot. This was one of my dream to have a shoot when i was young! haha.. Movie theaters (blitz megaplex-PVJ) was big or huge? I watch "Despicable me" with wen!
i bought back 2 cartons of maggie mee can eat like mad (: Wen's Mum make me 2 kueh lapis, smell damn nice(:
i never regret to go indo for holiday i saw lots of thing i never see before in sg. i saw real cows, horse, chicken ( can fly somemore), goat, black swan and real strawberry farm. i met good friend and they bought me to see thing i never see before. I got to try new things. I'm able to step out from the dark hole which i have been stuck there for very long. Thankyou to Wen and family.

I got a facial treat from my cousin (: Body Wellness, Peck Seah Street. The facial was delighted and the Therapist is very nice. The squeezing of acnes was painful but i have to tolerant. I got a massage too! it's so shiok! I also went to My nephew's primary school as my cousin need to attend parent session. Poor boy, he got complained by his teacher. My Poor Sneijder fall sick! He is so grumble... sticking to his mum only. i never get a chance to carry him. i understand he is not feeling well. Hope he will get well soon. I got an exam to make it tomorrow !

I just finish watching this korean drama by Lee Min Ho (: Personal Preference. I spent my nights watching it and didn't make it to school today. I can't stop watching it.

Twilight Eclipse is coming out tomorrow!! If i got time shall watch it alone.

Exam is coming, i just receive my result for me last term exam. i did pass but i still very worry about Business Law. Because i didn't really attended the lesson. Hopefully i can get all the answer into my brain!

Holiday trip is coming too. I shouldn't have plan my trip right after my exam. Less than 24hours of my exam i will leave Singapore. I wont have the mood to study i guess. But somehow MDIS is good people. My last paper is PMPM which the teacher has give us direct point for exam. Wish me luck!

Great movie and the actress is soooo chio! while watching the movie, fok keep going to the toilet seem like he got some toilet problem. In the end, due to the cold room which make him keep going to toilet. HAHAHA! i have a Cousin Gathering at Carlton hotel singapore. Lots of yummy food, actually the buffet to me, is still okay not that kind very nice and you wont want to go back for another round. Dessert was missing in the shelves. No one actually refill it, until i went over to ask. Hmm, the service don't seem to be very good.
Anyway, i enjoy myself and the time spending with cousins. They all are very nice cousins. I'm greatful and thanks God for giving me all this SUPER NICE cousins who never let me alone when i need help. ESP. AILEEN & ELYNN!
